Human Remains Found In Eagle River On Western Slope

UPDATE: Human Remains Found In Edwards Identified As Carlos Zelaya

EDWARDS, Colo. (CBS4) - Investigators in Eagle County responded to a report of human remains found in Edwards Friday night. They say the remains were found in the Eagle River.

It's not clear if the remains belong to any missing persons.

The Eagle County Sheriff's Office says the identity will be released when family members are notified. The Eagle County Coroner's Office will also determine the cause of death.
