Human Remains Found In Edwards Identified As Carlos Zelaya

EDWARDS, Colo. (CBS4)- The human remains discovered in Edwards have been identified as Carlos Zelaya. Zelaya was reported missing more than a month ago.

The remains were discovered in the Eagle River last Friday night.

The Eagle County Coroner's Office continues to determine the cause of death.
