New 35-Story Apartment Building Added To Downtown Skyline
DENVER (CBS4) - Developers opened downtown Denver's newest high-rise apartment building on Monday morning.
The Confluence stands 35 stories high at the corner of 15th and Little Raven Streets, near Confluence Park.
Developers say the new homes meet the demand for contemporary downtown living and are expected to "contribute to the positive growth" of Denver.
The high rise comes with professional chef's kitchen and catering facility as well as gated, underground parking.
