Weekend Full Closures of US 36 and I-70
The Colorado Department of Transportation will be shutting down two major highways this weekend to get some work done.
RTD will be putting in a pedestrian bridge over a section of US 36. This will close the highway at Table Mesa. On and off ramps will be closed starting at 7pm on September 15th. The entire highway will close through that section starting at 9pm and will reopen the following morning at 6am.
Another project will close both directions of I-70 at Central City Parkway starting midnight Saturday until 5:30 Sunday morning September 16th.
