Tricky Broncos Forecast Ahead Of Sunday's AFC Championship Game
By Chris Spears
DENVER (CBS4) - The last time the New England Patriots came to town it snowed during the game.
Could that happen again?
It's possible but definitely not certain.
Right now we know the weather will be changing during the day on Sunday but the details aren't clear.
A new storm will dive into the Central Rockies late Saturday with more snow in store for the mountains.
By Sunday it will begin to impact eastern Colorado, including Denver.
Initially we'll see the winds pick up and the clouds increase, but eventually the temperatures will drop behind a cold front.
The wild card in this forecast is that cold front and when it will arrive from Wyoming.
Current data shows that we could see some rain and snow showers develop sometime Sunday afternoon and into the evening.
