Family Of Colfax Hit & Run Victim Starts Memorial Fund
DENVER (CBS4) - The family of a man who was killed in a hit-and-run crash on Colfax Avenue last weekend has created a memorial fund to assist with funeral services.
Andrew Marthaler, 22, was attempting to cross Colfax near Fox Street when he was hit by an SUV that then took off. A woman was later arrested and allegedly confessed to the crime to police.

Marthaler's mother Sandy told CBS4 after the crash she has no hard feelings for the driver responsible.
