Tom Petty’s Stolen Guitars Have Been Found

DENVER (CBS4) – Rocker Tom Petty’s stolen guitars have been found and an arrest has been made.

It was reported Monday that five guitars belonging to Petty and his band were stolen last week from a sound stage in Southern California. They were worth a total of $100,000.

The band had offered a $7,500 reward to get them back.

Police made an arrest after someone tried to sell one of the guitars at a pawn shop for $250.

Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers will kick off their new tour Wednesday night in Broomfield.
