Wildfire Burns Structure In Larimer County

LAPORTE, Colo. (CBS) - A wildfire broke out in Larimer County Saturday afternoon.

The Larimer County Sheriff's Office said the fire was burning two miles south of Rist Canyon Road and Davis Ranch Road.

Emergency notifications were sent out for residents to evacuate area. The evacuation order was lifted just after 6:30 p.m.

Larimer County Sheriff's Office Emergency Services, and Poudre Fire Authority responded to the fire.

One structure was destroyed.

The fire was estimated at about 1 1/2 acres and firefighters established a line around it.

One single engine air tanker was ordered to help fight the fire.
