Timed Entry System To Mount Evans Delayed One Day

CLEAR CREEK COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - Timed tickets to see Mount Evans in Clear Creek County hit a snag on Wednesday. The website which sells the tickets, recreation.gov, experienced "technical difficulties."

Tickets will be sold on Thursday starting at 8 a.m.

The U.S. Forest Service started the timed entry pass system to reduce wait times, cut down on lines and reduce overflow parking at trailheads.
