Fire In Platteville Kills 1 Person And Their Pet
PLATTEVILLE, Colo. (CBS4) - One person and their pet died in a Platteville mobile home fire early Friday morning. It happened on the 700 block of Grand Avenue and heavy flames engulfed the home. The smoke could be seen for miles.
A total of 18 firefighters responded. Crews were able to get into the house but tragically the homeowner didn't survive.
There's no word on what caused the fire.
