GILPIN COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4)– Parker the Snow Dog is helping out dogs who don’t have a forever family. Parker and his humans delivered 1,000 pounds of dog food to Charlie’s Place.

That’s an animal shelter for Gilpin and Clear Creek counties.

The dog food was donated through Parker’s fundraiser and A&A Pet Supply.

Parker is the the mascot of Loveland Ski Area.

    How grotesquely ironic that the dog likely bought for thousands of dollars from yet another Bernese breeder is the symbol for helping shelter dogs. The person could have saved a dog by adopting. That’s also what saves lives.
