Broomfield Police Running Into Difficulties Trying To Crack Down On Street Racing
BROOMFIELD, Colo. (CBS4) - Broomfield police is working to curb street racing. Over the past few weeks the police department has received several reports of street racing in the area.
Police tweeted that the complaints have been heard, but that it is difficult to combat.
They say that's because these groups are well-organized and impromptu, making them hard to track down.
The department is working with neighboring agencies to try to put a stop to the dangerous activity.
