  1. Based on a response to the CSP’s post, it seems that the victim was Dawson Hooks, a graduate of Columbine High School. Dawson’s last post on fb depicts him and a friend on their motorcycles. We should require that every time someone seeks an endorsement on their driver’s license to ride them or purchase one that they sign an affidavit acknowledging being told of the relative risk of death, ~28 times as great as travelling by car.
