Greeley Man Sentenced To 10 Years Following Drug Ring Investigation
GREELEY, Colo. (CBS4) - A Weld County judge sentenced Alberto Loya to 10 years in prison for drug and money laundering charges. Loya, a local businessman, was involved in a drug distribution ring.
He was indicted by a Weld County grand jury nearly a year ago following a multi-agency cocaine distribution investigation.
In February, Loya plead guilty to one county conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and conspiracy to money launder.
