Young Moose Wandering Around Fort Collins Relocated To Laramie River Valley
FORT COLLINS, Colo. (CBS4)- A moose spent most of the week venturing around Fort Collins. Police officers first spotted it near the Fort Collins Museum of Discovery on Tuesday.
On Wednesday, she got a little too close to people, so Colorado Parks and Wildlife came in to relocate her.
The moose was tranquilized and released in the Laramie River Valley, what wildlife officials consider a more appropriate spot for a young cow moose.
