Colorado Lawmakers Consider Ballot Measures Including Repeal Of Gallagher Amendment
DENVER (CBS4)- Colorado lawmakers are working on putting measures on the November ballot. So far, they've put the repeal of the Gallagher Amendment before voters.
The amendment was meant to keep residential property tax rates lower than those of businesses.
State lawmakers also referred a measure that would tax tobacco products. They are still considering one that would make it harder for parents to opt out of vaccinations.
