Colorado Prep Product Dalton Keene Selected By Patriots

DENVER (CBS4)- The first prep product from the state of Colorado has been taken in the NFL draft. Former Chatfield High School star Dalton Keene was selected by the New England Patriots late in the 3rd round.

Keene, a tight end, played his college football at Virginia Tech. Last season he caught 21 passes and scored 5 touchdowns for the Hokies. In 2018, Keene grabbed 28 passes on his way to being voted honorable mention All-ACC by the league coaches.
