New Amazon Fulfillment Center Being Built In Colorado Springs
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (CBS4)- Colorado Springs is the latest city in Colorado to get an Amazon fulfillment center. This is the third such facility in the state.
There are two similar facilities in Thornton and Aurora. The new 800,000 square foot distribution center will be built near the Colorado Springs Airport.
Amazon plans to hire 1,000 people when the center is complete. The company doesn't have an opening date for the facility.
