Skier Rescued After Getting Caught In Avalanche
SUMMIT COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - A skier was rescued after getting caught in an avalanche at Searle Pass near Frisco. The Colorado Avalanche Information Center shared a picture of the slide area.
Officials say it was a hard slab avalanche. Fortunately, the skier was with other people who were able to assist. They were able to ski down to the trail head.
