Stapleton Neighborhood To Get A Protected Bike Lane

DENVER (CBS4) - Denver wants more people to consider riding bicycles instead of always using cars so city officials are planning to build more protected bike lanes. Eight new lanes are currently being considered.

A meeting took place on Thursday to discuss one of the first lanes that would be built. It would be located in the Stapleton neighborhood and construction would begin next year. The plan is for it to run along Central Park Boulevard from Montview Boulevard to East 36th Avenue.
