16th Street Mall Buzzing With Bees
DENVER (CBS4)- The 16th Street Mall was all abuzz on Thursday. That's because bee keepers were relocating a swarm of bees.
The swarm decided to take a break in a tree between Glenarm and Tremont, right in front of the Corner Bakery.
Crews relocated the bees with the help of a cherry picker. The swarms are common during the warmer months.
The Colorado Beekeepers Association says if anyone sees a swarm of bees to call professionals to relocate them and not use poison.
