Ducklings Rescue: Firefighters Help Reunite Brood Of Ducklings With Mother
HIGHLANDS RANCH, Colo. (CBS4) - Some ducklings in Highlands Ranch are keeping South Metro firefighters on their toes. The ducklings found themselves stuck in a drain near Hackberry Street and Golden Eagle Avenue on Wednesday.
A concerned neighbor called firefighters to help. In all, five birds were rescued and put into firefighter's helmet.
Firefighters say this is the second rescue of its kind in the last couple of days.
The ducklings were reunited with mom.
