Application Period Opens For LEAP Utilities Assistance Program

DENVER (CBS4) - The City of Denver and state of Colorado is helping others in need.

The Low-Income Energy Assistance Program helps people pay their utilities.

Applications are open starting Thursday through the Denver Human Services website and the state of Colorado website and will be accepted through the end of April.
