Runners Brave Chilly Weather To Help Keep 'Girls On The Run'

DENVER (CBS4)- Runners braved the chilly temperatures for the Allstate Hot Chocolate 5K on Sunday morning.

Race organizers teamed up with Girls on the Run, an organization that encourages girls to get active.

The race raised $5,000 so the Colorado chapter can continue its mission.

Waiting for runners at the finish line was a hot chocolate, perfect to warm them up!
