Sheriff: Driver Shot And Killed After Firing Gun At Deputies
DOUGLAS COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) -- A driver was shot and killed after firing a gun at deputies on Highway 85 Friday evening, according to the Douglas County Sheriff's Office.
It happened during a traffic stop near Delva Way.
Investigators say suspect with a gun shot at deputies and the deputies returned fire.
No deputies were injured.
Highway 85 was closed as of 6:30 p.m.
