Parents Plan To Voice Opinions About Cellphone Tower Near Playground
LAKEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4) - Some parents are upset about plans to build a cellphone tower near a school playground in Lakewood.
The plan is for the tower to stand feet from the playground and Kendrick Lakes Elementary School. It will sit on the property of Saint Judes Catholic Church.
Parents say they worry about the long-term health of their children and plan to bring their concerns to a city council meeting Monday night.
