Woman Files Lawsuit Against Restaurant Linked To Salmonella Outbreak
FORT LUPTON, Colo. (CBS4) - A woman in Fort Lupton is suing a restaurant linked to a salmonella outbreak.
According to the lawsuit obtained by the Greeley Tribune, Dawn Malek says she got sick after eating at Burrito Delight in February.
Malek's case is one of 35 cases linked to the restaurant.
The Weld County Health Department shut the restaurant down in February.
It also closed another Burrito Delight location in Dacono.
