Crews Rescue Dog After Falling Through Thin Ice
EDWARDS, Colo. (CBS4)- Fire crews rescued a dog that fell through the ice of a pond in Edwards.
The warm weather across Colorado is melting ice-covered ponds and lakes.
The dog fell through the ice at Freedom Park in Edwards on Monday.
Firefighters from the Eagle River Fire Protection District were able to pull out the dog.
The animal seemed to be fine because he started running around once he got out of the water.
