WELD COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) – An oil field worker has died after a pipeline explosion in Weld County.

The explosion last Thursday was followed by a fire. It happened east of Galeton at Highway 392 and Weld County Road 71.

Three men were injured, and the coroner now says George Cottingham, 61, of Greeley, was killed.

So far it’s not clear what caused the explosion.
