AURORA, Colo. (CBS4)– An Aurora police officer has been arrested and placed on unpaid administrative leave after he turned himself in on a warrant.
Officer Matthew Ewert, 34, was arrested by officers from the Erie Police Department. He faces charges of attempting to influence a public servant, tampering with physical evidence and first-degree official misconduct.READ MORE: Bear Euthanized After Falling From Colorado Springs Waterfall
