Body Found In Home, Police Say Victim Was Shot
DENVER (CBS4) - Police in Denver have launched a homicide investigation after a man was found dead overnight at a home in northwest Denver.
Initially, officers sealed off an entire block of Tejon Street from 41st to 42nd with police tape.
Sometime later they opened that up and focused their investigation on a house on the corner of 42nd and Tejon. 42nd Street remained closed at Tejon for several hours.
So far there's no word on any suspects in the case. Neighbors said they saw a lot of people going in and out of the home on a regular basis recently. They said the investigation appears to be taking place in the basement unit of the home.
