Pueblo Vote Count Delays 3rd Congressional District Results
PUEBLO, Colo. (CBS4)- Democrat congressional candidate Gail Schwartz's campaign will wait until the voter issues in Pueblo are resolved before moving forward.
Schwartz's camp is hopeful for a win over incumbent Republican Scott Tipton in Colorado's 3rd Congressional District.
The tally of votes coming from Pueblo County have been delayed because of ballot issues. Those votes likely will not be counted until Wednesday or Thursday.
Early results show Tipton favored to win.
"I'm not someone who is going to sell out my interests. I think people are ready and waiting for the kind of representation they deserve," said Schwartz.
