The poster depicts cartoon children in and around a pool doing things labeled "cool" and "not cool."

Some say many of the activities involving the non-white children were labeled not cool and the white children were labeled cool.

The Red Cross said it has removed the image from its website and app. The organization has also asked aquatic facilities to remove the posters.
