Man Allegedly Tells Vail Police He's Going To 'Kill Every One Of You'

VAIL, Colo. (CBS4) - A man is under arrest after allegedly making threats against Vail police.

According to police, Frank James Duddleston, 41, called the Vail Public Safety Communications Center five times using both 911 and non-emergency lines between June 7 and June 10. He threatened to "kill every one of you" and said he was going to "hunt the dispatchers down."

Duddleston also threatened to kill workers at a coffee shop accusing them of poisoning his drink.

He was arrested at a campground in Eagle County and has been charged with stalking, menacing, obstructing governmental operations, harassment by phone, and inciting destruction of life or property.
