WESTMINSTER, Colo. (CBS4)– The FBI and Westminster Police hope someone recognizes the bank robbers who targeted a Vectra Bank on Thursday morning.
At approximately 10 a.m. on Thursday, the Vectra Bank located at 3300 W. 72nd Avenue in Westminster was robbed.READ MORE: Golden Eagle Released Back Into The Wild After Rehab For Injuries That Left Bird Near Death
The two criminals allegedly threatened the lives of the tellers at the bank. After the robbery they drove off in a stolen car which police found later on not far from the bank.
The first suspect is described as a male, 5-foot-7 to 5-foot-8, wearing dark clothing to include a dark jacket, gray sweatshirt, gloves, athletic shoes with red details and a red bandana as a face covering. The second suspect is described as a male, 5-foot-9 to 5-foot-10, wearing dark clothing to include a black sweatshirt, gloves, white sunglasses with colored lenses and a black face covering. The suspect was carrying a black bag similar to a computer case.
