WELLINGTON, Colo. (AP) – Northbound lanes of Interstate 25 are back open about five miles south of the Colorado-Wyoming border after a tractor-trailer rig overturned.

The Colorado Department of Transportation says the truck overturned shortly before noon on Monday. It was blocking both northbound lanes.

Authorities didn’t say why the truck overturned but the area was under a high wind advisory. There are restrictions in place for high-profile vehicles and light or empty trailers.
