Peyton Manning Cracks Raw Eggs On His Head On TV

(CBS4) - He had to face off against Ben Roethlisberger and Tom Brady during the Broncos playoff run, and on Wednesday Peyton Manning went head to head with another champion.

This time it was a champion of the hardwoods: Magic Johnson.

Manning and Johnson squared off during a silly segment on "The Tonight Show" Wednesday, playing Egg Russian Roulette. It's a game the show uses the following words to describe:

(Guests) take turns smashing eggs on their heads without knowing which are cooked and which are raw.

Manning and Johnson were good sports as they smashed eggs on their heads. And Manning was wearing a sweatshirt over his nice suit to keep it from getting ruined.

Here's hoping he was given the opportunity to shower quickly afterwards, though.

Earlier in the show, Johnson praised Manning's efforts this season, saying "he made everybody on his team better." He also said he hopes Manning won't retire and will change teams and play for the Los Angeles Rams, the newly relocated team Johnson already has already put down a season ticket deposit with.

During his interview segment of the show Manning discussed the Broncos Super Bowl win on Sunday and answered host Jimmy Fallon's questions about why he thought his brother Eli wasn't smiling with the rest of their family when the Broncos scored a touchdown in the fourth quarter.

Manning said he expects Eli was probably thinking about whether the Broncos would go for a two point conversion.
