Police Search For Carjacking Suspect With Pinky Splint

DENVER (CBS4)- Police in Denver hope to track down a robbery and carjacking suspect with a splint on his pinky finger.

Officers say the man pictured carjacked a vehicle from 1455 Delgany Street about 9:20 a.m. on Tuesday. The suspect sped away from the area and left the vehicle near 17th and Tremont.

Police blocked off 17th near Glenarm for about an hour while they searched for the suspect. Officer believe he ran into a parking garage but were unable to find him.

He is also wanted for robbery.

The suspect is described as an Hispanic male in his 20s, 5-foot-8, 190 pounds with a splint on his right pinky finger.
