Members of Glendale's rugby team and Mayor Mike Dunafon each took down pieces of the old Hamburger Stand at the corner of Colorado Boulevard and Virginia Avenue.

"This is going to be the corner treatment for the Glendale 180 project which is going to open after the first of the year. So we're very, very excited," Dunafon said.

Renderings show what the project will look like when it's finished.
