BRECKENRIDGE, Colo. (AP) — A former Breckenridge massage therapist accused of assaulting a female client has pleaded guilty to unlawful sexual contact and invasion of privacy.

Prosecutors say 31-year-old James Dickerson entered his plea Monday and faces up to two years in jail when he is sentenced Dec. 14.

His victim alerted authorities on August 10, 2014, a day after she said she was assaulted during a treatment session at the Sol Impressions Spa.

Dickerson, who had been licensed since 2012, will be placed on four years of supervision on the most serious felony charge of unlawful sexual contact. The invasion of privacy charge is a misdemeanor.
