Shooting Suspect Arrested In East Colfax Murder
DENVER (CBS4)- Police in Denver have arrested a man they believe shot and killed another man in the parking lot of a strip club early Sunday morning.
Police rushed to PT's All Nude 2 located in the 8300 block of East Colfax about 12:30 a.m. on Sunday where they found a man suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
That man, later identified as Jeremy Garcia, 29, was rushed to the hospital where he died from his injuries.
Police arrested Stephen Futrell, 31, on Tuesday for investigation of first-degree murder and possession of a weapon by a previous offender- second offense.
