DENVER (AP) — A Delta flight from Maryland to Utah was diverted to Denver International Airport on Friday due a mechanical issue.

A spokeswoman for Denver International Airport says Delta Flight 1189 left Baltimore-Washington International Airport and landed in Denver about 6 p.m. after a pilot radioed there were mechanical issues.

The Denver Fire Department responded, and no odor was found.

The plane was turned over to mechanics and passengers continued on several hours later.
