Bears Pick Up Former Bronco Dysert To Back Up Cutler
CHICAGO (CBS4) - Two former Denver Broncos quarterbacks are now on the roster of the Chicago Bears.
The Bears claimed Zac Dysert of waivers after he was cut by the Broncos earlier this week.
Dysert is now reunited with head coach John Fox and offensive coordinator Adam Gase, who both coached him while he was with the Broncos for the past two seasons.
He will back up former Broncos starter Jay Cutler along with Jimmy Clausen. Clausen is currently sidelined with a concussion.
