Police Search For Gate Crasher At Federal Center
LAKEWOOD, Colo. (CBS4)- Police in Lakewood searched for a driver who crashed a Jeep right through a fence at the Denver Federal Center.
The crash happened about 2 a.m. on May 30. Surveillance video shows the silver Jeep Wrangler driving up to the gate and crashing right through it.
The driver then backs up and speeds away. Detectives have physical evidence that was left on scene from the Jeep. They say the vehicle has front end damage.
Police said the driver caused more than $40,000 worth of damage.
