Additional Details Released About Woman Who Went Missing In 1990

ARAPAHOE COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4) - The Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office has released additional details in a missing person cold case from 1990.

According to the sheriff's office, Nancy Lynn Begg Shoupp was last seen on April 28, 1990 leaving Boulder to go to her home in Arapahoe County to pick up her two children.

"According to her husband, Nancy never arrived and has yet to be located," the sheriff's office said in a statement.

Nancy Shoupp was estranged from her husband Steve Shoupp and was in the process of getting a divorce.

"Steve and Nancy were separated and Nancy had decided her marriage with Steve was damaged beyond repair; therefore, she had filed for divorce," the sheriff's office said.

Nancy Shoupp's mother called her employer after several attempts to contact her and found out she had not shown up for work.

"Investigators found Nancy's vehicle at her residence; however, Nancy was nowhere to be found."

Foul play is suspected in her disappearance.

This year marks the 25th anniversary of Shoupp's disappearance.
