“Check out social media, a lot of times they will post exclusive holiday coupons or Cyber Monday coupons. We’re talking 15 to 20 seconds to save significant money,” said rather-be-shopping.com spokesman Kyle James.

Another way to save money is to ask for a last minute savings code. Before checking out, start an online chat with a representative for the site and ask for a coupon code that’s good for either an additional percentage off or free shipping.

Another way to get extra savings is to fill your cart but don’t complete the order. Check your email inbox because sometimes retailers will send a coupon via email for the items that were in your cart as an incentive to go back and finalize the order.
