Surgeries Postponed At Denver's VA Hospital Amid Air Unit Concerns
DENVER (CBS4) - Surgeries have been postponed at Denver's VA Medical Center after concerns about air units in the operating rooms.
The VA office said that during a scheduled inspection on Friday inspectors alerted workers they were concerned about the system. Now they want to take everything apart.
Surgeries for next week will be rescheduled. Any urgent medical procedures will be dealt with at the University of Colorado Hospital and Rose Medical Center.
