Vandals Hit House Under Construction In Erie

ERIE, Colo (CBS4) - Police in Erie are hunting for vandals who targeted a house under construction.

The crime happened in the middle of the night last weekend at the house, located on the 200 block of Meadow View Parkway in the town's Candlelight Ridge neighborhood.

Someone punched holes in the drywall, ripped off a backsplash in the basement and destroyed hardwood floors. They also spilled lacquer and stained the basement floor.

There is a Crimestoppers reward being offered in the case.

Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call Officer James Shupe or SRO Jamie Chester Detective of the Erie Police Department at 303-926-2800.
