DENVER (CBS4)– CBS4 KCNC-TV in Denver is gearing up for another season of football and will offer fans more football programming than any other local station including 10 regular season Denver Broncos games, seven Thursday night NFL games including the Broncos-Chargers on October 23 and five locally produced shows each week.

“CBS4 is the station to turn to for Broncos and football coverage,” CBS4 General Manager Walt DeHaven said.  “Our station will provide football fans with some of the most marquee games on the NFL schedule including Super Bowl XLVIII rematch Denver-Seattle (9/21), Denver-San Diego (10/23) Indianapolis-Pittsburgh (10/26), Denver-New England (11/2), Washington-San Francisco (11/23), New England-Green Bay (11/30) and Indianapolis-Dallas (12/21), during its 17 weeks of regular-season coverage.  In addition to the 10 regular season Broncos games that will air on CBS4, fans can watch seven Thursday night games; five local football programs each week and a host of other NFL games. “

News Director Tim Wieland added, “Veteran sports journalist Gary Miller will return to CBS4 to cover Broncos training camp and the 2014-2015 regular season. Gary worked as a sports anchor and reporter at CBS4 for 22 years. We’re very pleased that he’s returning to the CBS4 Sports team to cover this Broncos season.”
