2 Sentenced To Probation For Animal Cruelty
ELBERT COUNTY, Colo. (CBS4)- Two Elbert County residents have been sentenced to probation after being convicted of animal cruelty.
Christie O'Rourke and David St. Antoine were sentenced to five years of probation and 90 days in-home detention. They were also fined $1,000 each.
Deputies found malnourished dogs, cats and horses on the property in 2013.
O'Rourke and St. Antoine were already on probation for a 2012 animal cruelty case.
